  1. 1. These are original & unique handmade products made by traditional artisan community. Our job is to provide a platform to artisans to sell their handmade products in order to ensure regular employment and continuity to our ancient craft and legacy.

  3. 2. The handloom textiles and handicraft products sold through www.theindianmakers.com platform go through a process of hand making which passes several different hands. This process makes each product unique from each other. Before placing an order, please remember that there will be some variation in lot to lot and piece to piece in terms of color, shade, weight, size, feel, drape, look etc. in actual and the images shown here. However, we are committed and have professional team and system in place to make sure your experience better and achieve the expectation which you have from the products which you are buying.

  5. 3. The exchange of product(s) and refund will not be made unless there is a quality issue, defect or difference from its description at the time of placing an online order. However, upon an agreement, the product which is accepted for return by us should reaches to us within 15 days after the delivery was made. It will take a minimum of 10 days to us to process the refund upon the acceptance.

  7. 4. Cancellation of orders will be accepted within 24 hours after placing an order.

We would like to assure you that we do not sell, rent or share the information provided by you other than processing your order and providing the required services by us. We would like to assure you that we make all our efforts that the information provided by you will not be misused. However, for some reason if you feel we have not made anything clear here then please contact us with your feedback so that we can address your concerns.

  13. 7. We use PhonePe payment gateway to receive payments against your order which enables a secure way of paying powered by SSL certificate.

  15. 8. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to handle both international and domestic deliveries. International shipments are typically delivered within 10 working days, while domestic orders usually arrive within 5 working days. For international deliveries, all customs duty and tax formalities are managed by the shipping partner. Any applicable import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient once the shipment reaches its destination.
